Epic Forge (“we”, “us”, or “our”) welcomes you. We provide our services to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

Use of Our Services

By using our services, you agree to the following:

• You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not use our services to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
• You will not use our services to violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• You will not use our services to transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
• You will not use our services to collect or store personal data unrelated to the purpose of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Any fees paid are non-refundable.

Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use our services.
